□ Exhibition procedures:
Exhibitors should fill in the "Exhibition Contract" in detail, sign and stamp it with the official seal, then fax it to the host and organizer, and remit the exhibition fees to the designated address of the conference within three working days after the contract is signed. The account number is used to determine the qualification to participate in the exhibition. Otherwise, the applied booth will not be reserved. The host and the organizer reserve the right to cancel the exhibition qualification if the corresponding amount is not paid within the prescribed period.
Booths, advertisements, etc. shall be arranged by the organizer. The principle of allocation order is: apply first, pay first, and co-organizers/sponsors will be allocated first. To ensure the overall effect of the venue, the organizer reserves the right to make final adjustments to the booths.
